As graduates of the University of Georgia, Herbert and Dorrie Bond have over 40 years experience in serving customers and clients as well as providing quality rental homes in the community. It is the "hands on" management approach and consistent attention to the needs of our residents that set us apart.
Having called Athens home for many years, we strive to have our residents feel comfortably at home during their stay in The Classic City.
All of our properties require a security deposit at the time of lease signing. All lease terms are a minimum of 12 months. Most homes do not allow pets.
